Not completely satisfied with your purchase? Simply return it within 30 days of purchase and get your money back. 


Returns:


Cancellation of any transaction or item purchased can be made with email notice from the customer within 30 days of purchase.

Items can be returned if they're unused or unaltered, and must be accompanied by the original packaging to one of our warehouses after notifying J's House.

 Product returns should be sent to the customer service department of Js House, using insured registered mail, to one of the following  addresses:

We cannot accept any returns or exchanges on any engraved, custom, or special items.

Return shipping is paid for by the customer.  All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

This fee will be deducted from the total amount paid



Preparing Your Return 


To return a shipped item to PR Products, please follow these steps. 


          · Indicate the reason for your return by emailing prproducts3000@gmail.com

          · Pack your return securely, in the original package, and include your invoice.
           
          · Ship your package insured for the full purchase price.

          · Send your tracking number to our email address so that we can know when to expect your package.

Pr Products isn't responsible for merchandise that's not received or not returned in accordance with these terms.





Refunds:

An email will be sent to confirm receipt of your package. Refunds are in the form of original payment, such as the credit card used for the order. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account. 


 All returns will be inspected by our Quality Assurance team before we can process a refund. 


 We'll credit your original payment method, excluding delivery charges, within three weeks of receiving your return. 


 Refunds may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. 


 *All costs of returning items will be incurred by the customer (shipping, taxes, insurance, etc.)




Exchanges: 


Contact Us to order a replacement item. This ensures you get the item you want. (Need to find the right item first? Start browsing.)


Return the item using the directions above. Once received we will send you a coupon for your total refund that you can use towards your purchase.



    A.  All refunds are subject to inspection by PR Products representative or a third party chosen by PR Products. 


    B.  Refunds can take up to 3 business days to appear in your account. 


    C.  All refunds are reimbursed to your credit card. When paid with a Paypal account PR Products will refund your
           Paypal account only.

    D.  Refunds will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Therefore, the refund will appear on your statement in full minus
          the 10% restocking fee.

*All costs of returning items will be incurred by the customer (shipping, taxes, insurance, etc.)

 RETURN POLICY

It is our aim to offer you choice and quality at competitive prices, and we want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase you make from PR Products.

 Since we ship within 24 hours, we cannot cancel orders. If you are unsatisfied with your product when it arrives and would like a refund or exchange, you must not open any remaining items or remove labels. Items should be returned to PR Products in the original packaging, along with the receipt. We will not refund any shipping charges (unless the item is faulty). We cannot refund or exchange goods that arrive back damaged or are lost through the USPS. Please re-use original packaging, if possible, when returning items. If not available, please ensure goods are packaged sufficiently to prevent damage. Always obtain proof of postage as claims can then be made against the USPS for loss or damage.

 We guarantee to replace or refund faulty goods. If your items arrive damaged, notify us within 30 days of delivery of the goods. Return them in their original packaging, together with the receipt, to the address below. For faulty goods returned within 30 days, we will provide return postage up to the cost and weight determined on the returned product. If you want to exchange the items, please mark clearly what you would like as a replacement. For returned goods paid by credit card, we will refund the money to your credit card. PR Products will not accept liability for non-delivery, where this is caused by circumstances beyond our control. Any request for a refund or exchange must be made within 30 days of delivery of the order.
